Welcome Jeanette Mann, new Regional Coordinator for South Australia – Northern Territory.
Jeanette says, ‘I am a member of the Lutheran Church of Australia. My local congregation at present is Christ Church Lutheran Murray Bridge. Over the years I have taught and been involved in Sunday school, VBS, kid’s clubs, youth group, church council and the worship committee. I have been involved with Messy Church in two congregations. I trained and worked as a parish worker in congregations for ten years. I trained as a teacher and worked in Lutheran schools and kindergartens for 25+ years as a teacher, chaplain and care/ministry coordinator.
Presently, I am team leader for Blue Print Ministries (Child, Family, Youth & Young Adult Ministries) LCA SA-NT District (4 days/week) and pastoral care worker at Callington Primary School. I love the values of Messy Church – Christ-centred; All-age; Hospitality; Celebration and Creativity. I love working with children and supporting them in their faith journey and to know of Jesus’ love for them.’
