Welcome to Leyla Wagner, new Regional Coordinator for California, Hawaii and Southwest USA! Leyla is joined by Marty Drake as joint Regional Coordinators for this huge region.
Lucy and Jane met Leyla at the Messy Church International Conference in 2016 and we are delighted to welcome her to the Regional Coordinator network.
Leyla says, ‘I’ve been helping lead Messy Church at Community UMC in Huntington Beach, California, for the past five years and I am a founding board member of MCUSA. I teach Pre-K at our church preschool and enjoy practicing yoga and reading. I continue to be excited about this Messy journey and look forward to a new adventure in Regional Coordinating.’
Leyla is keen to support the Messy Churches in California, Hawaii and Southwest USA and encourages those of you not yet registered to do so, so she can pray for you. We encourage your Messy Church to become a member of the Messy Church USA network.
You can learn more about membership in the USA on their website.
